CHAP. 1195.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Emma J. Smith. April 11, 1904.[[S. 4936](/us/bill/58/s/4936).][[Private, No. 1093](/us/pvtl/58/1093).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Emma J. Smith.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension 1539laws, the name of Emma J.
Smith, widow of James E. Smith, late captain Fourth Independent Battery New York Volunteer Light Artillery, and pay her a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving. Approved, April 11, 1904.
