CHAP. 1174.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Emma Thurston. April 11, 1904.[[S. 4405](/us/bill/58/s/4405).][[Private, No. 1072](/us/pvtl/58/1072).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Emma Thurston.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Emma Thurston, widow of George A.
Thurston, late captain Third Regiment United States Artillery, and pay her a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving. Approved, April 11, 1904.
