CHAP. 1172.— AN ACT Granting a pension to John M. Reimer. February 28, 1905.[[S. 1299](/us/bill/58/s/1299).][[Private, No. 1059](/us/pvtl/58/1059).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on theJohn M. Reimer. Pension. pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of John M. Reimer, late of Company C, One hundred and third Regiment New York Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Approved, February 28, 1905.
