CHAP. 1171.— An Act Granting a pension to Nancy Noxon. April 11, 1904.[[S. 4275](/us/bill/58/s/4275).][[Private, No. 1069](/us/pvtl/58/1069).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Nancy Noxon.Pension.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Nancy Noxon, dependent mother of Smith M.
Noxon, late second lieutenant Company C, Tenth Regiment Wisconsin Volunteer Infantry, and Alfred G. Noxon, late captain Company G, One hundred and ninety-second Regiment New York Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twenty dollars per month. Approved, April 11, 1904.
