CHAP. 117.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to James Ginnane. January 23, 1905.[[H. R. 14184](/us/bill/58/hr/14184).][[Private, No. 95](/us/pvtl/58/95).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, James Ginnane.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of James Ginnane, late of Company E, Eleventh Regiment Illinois Volunteer Infantry, and Company F, Fourteenth Regiment Illinois Volunteer Cavalry, and pay him a pension at. the rate of fourteen dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
