CHAP. 1164.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Mary M. Nash. April 11, 1904.[[S. 3352](/us/bill/58/s/3352).][[Private, No. 1062](/us/pvtl/58/1062).] *Be it enacted by the Senate an d House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Mary M. Nash.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Mary M.
Nash, widow of William H. Nash, late brigadier-general and Commissary-General of Subsistence, United States Army, and pay her a pension at the rate of fifty dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving. Approved, April 11, 1904.
