CHAP. 1152.— An Act Granting a pension to Jane Smith. April 11, 1904.[[S. 2380](/us/bill/58/s/2380).][[Private, No. 1050](/us/pvtl/58/1050).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Jane Smith.Pension.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Jane Smith, widow of Zemro A. Smith, late lieutenant-colonel Eighteenth Regiment Maine Volunteer Infantry (First Maine Heavy Artillery), and pay her a pension at the rate of twenty-four dollars per month. Approved, April 11, 1904.
