CHAP. 1149.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Phoebe Buch. April 11, 1904.[[S. 2194](/us/bill/58/s/2194).][[Private, No. 1047](/us/pvtl/58/1047).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Phoebe Buch.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Phoebe Buch, widow of John A.
Buch, late of Company E, One hundred and twenty-eighth Regiment Pennsylvania Volunteer Infantry, and second lieutenant Company B, One hundred and ninety-fifth Regiment Pennsylvania Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of fifteen dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving. Approved, April 11, 1904.
