CHAP. 1137.— AN ACT Granting a pension to John Burke. February 25, 1905.[[H. R. 17635](/us/bill/58/hr/17635).][[Private, No. 1031](/us/pvtl/58/1031).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on theJohn Burke. Pension. pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of John Burke, late of Company K, Sixteenth Regiment United States Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of ten dollars per month. Approved, February 25, 1905.
