CHAP. 1131.— An Act Granting a pension to Lydia Gavett. April 8, 1904.[[H. R. 12439](/us/bill/58/hr/12439).][[Private, No. 1037](/us/pvtl/58/1037).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Lydia Gavett.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Lydia Gavett, helpless and dependent daughter of William E.
Gavett, late of Company K, One hundred and forty-first Regiment Pennsylvania Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Approved, April 8, 1904.
