CHAP. 113.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to James Donnelly. January 23, 1905.[[H. R. 12859](/us/bill/58/hr/12859).][[Private, No. 91](/us/pvtl/58/91).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the James Donnelly.Pension increased.pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of James Donnelly, late of Company A, Seventy-third Regiment Ohio Volunteer Infantry, and Company D, Ninth Regiment Veteran Reserve Corps, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty-four dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
