CHAP. 1129.— AN ACT Granting an increase of pension to Oscar Hinkley. February 25, 1905.[[H. R. 17443](/us/bill/58/hr/17443).][[Private, No. 1023](/us/pvtl/58/1023).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on theOscar Hinkley. Pension increased. pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Oscar Hinkley, late of Company I, One hundred and twenty-ninth Regiment Indiana Volunteer Infantry, and Company D, First Regiment Mississippi Marine Brigade Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
