CHAP. 1127.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Kezia Cherry. April 8, 1904.[[H. R. 12056](/us/bill/58/hr/12056).][[Private, No. 1033](/us/pvtl/58/1033).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Kezia Cherry.Pension increased.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Kezia Cherry, widow of Peterson Cherry, late of Captain Nowlen’s company, Illinois Volunteers, Black Hawk Indian war, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving.
