CHAP. 1114.— An Act Granting a pension to Lucretia Davis, formerly Hamilton. April 8, 1904.[[H. R. 11562](/us/bill/58/hr/11562).][[Private, No. 1020](/us/pvtl/58/1020).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Lucretia Davis, formerly Hamilton.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Lucretia Davis, formerly Hamilton, late nurse, Medical Department, United States Volunteers, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Approved, April 8, 1904.
