CHAP. 1111.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Augustus Fellows. April 8, 1904.[[H. R. 11429](/us/bill/58/hr/11429).][[Private, No. 1017](/us/pvtl/58/1017).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Augustus Fellows.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Augustus Fellows, late of Company M, First Regiment California Volunteer Cavalry, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty-six dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
