CHAP. 1094.— An Act Granting a pension to John Bartmann. April 8, 1904.[[H. R. 9990](/us/bill/58/hr/9990).][[Private, No. 1000](/us/pvtl/58/1000).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, John Bartmann.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of John Bartmann, late of Company D, Cape Girardeau Battalion Missouri Home Guards, and pay him a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Approved, April 8, 1904.
