CHAP. 1091.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Elizabeth McL. Haughey. April 8, 1904.[[H. R. 9834](/us/bill/58/hr/9834).][[Private, No. 997](/us/pvtl/58/997).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Elizabeth McL. Haughey.Pension increased.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Elizabeth McL.
Haughey, widow of James Alexander Haughey, late captain Company H, Twenty-first Regiment United States Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving. Approved, April 8, 1904.
