CHAP. 1084.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to John McEliece. April 8, 1904.[[H. R. 9726](/us/bill/58/hr/9726).][[Private, No. 990](/us/pvtl/58/990).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assenbled*, John McEliece.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of John McEliece, late of Company K, Forty-sixth Regiment Pennsylvania Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
