CHAP. 1083.— An Act Granting a pension to Louis DeWitt. April 8, 1904.[[H. R. 9709](/us/bill/58/hr/9709).][[Private, No. 989](/us/pvtl/58/989).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Louis DeWitt.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Louis DeWitt, late sergeant detachment of Indian scouts, United States Army, and pay him a pension at the rate of eight dollars per month. Approved, April 8, 1904.
