CHAP. 1082.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to John Moore. February 25, 1905.[[H. R. 16929](/us/bill/58/hr/16929).][[Private, No. 976](/us/pvtl/58/976).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of theJohn Moore.Pension increased. Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension1939 laws, the name of John Moore, late of Company A, Fifty-second Regiment Illinois Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty-four dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
