CHAP. 1070.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Laura A. Hinkley. February 25, 1905.[[H. R. 16813](/us/bill/58/hr/16813).][[Private, No. 964](/us/pvtl/58/964).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of theLaura A. Hinkley.Pension increased. Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Laura A.
Hinkley, widow of Clark Hinkley, late of Company B, One hundred and second Regiment New York Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twenty dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving, and two dollars per month additional on account of a minor child of said soldier until such child*Provisos*.Increase to cease on death of child. arrives at the age of sixteen years: *Provided further*, That in the event of the death of Rhoda Hinkley, helpless and dependent child of said Clark Hinkley, the additional pension of twelve dollars per month herein granted shall cease and determine: *And provided further*, ThatPension to child on death of mother. in the event of the death of Laura A.
Hinkley the name of said Rhoda Hinkley shall be placed on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, at the rate of twelve dollars per month from and after the date of death of said Laura A. Hinkley. Approved, February 25, 1905.
