CHAP. 1069.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to John J. James. February 25, 1905.[[H. R. 16774](/us/bill/58/hr/16774).][[Private, No. 963](/us/pvtl/58/963).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of theJohn J. James.Pension increased. Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of John J.
James, late of U. S. S. Great Western and Collier, United States Navy, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty-four dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. Approved, February 25, 1905.
