CHAP. 1068.— An Act Granting a pension to George W. Cowan. February 25, 1905.[[H. R. 16749](/us/bill/58/hr/16749).][[Private, No. 962](/us/pvtl/58/962).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on theGeorge W. Cowan.Pension. pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of George W. Cowan, late unassigned recruit, First Regiment Virginia Volunteer Infantry, war with Mexico, and pay him a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Approved, February 25, 1905.
