CHAP. 1065.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to John W. Davis. February 25, 1905.[[H. R. 16745](/us/bill/58/hr/16745).][[Private, No. 959](/us/pvtl/58/959).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of theJohn W. Davis.Pension increased. Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roil, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of John W.
Davis, late of Company B, First Regiment Tennessee Volunteer Light Artillery, and Company A, Seventh Regi1935 ment Tennessee Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. Approved, February 25, 1905.
