CHAP. 1064.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Laura Coleman. February 25, 1905.[[H. R. 16740](/us/bill/58/hr/16740).][[Private, No. 958](/us/pvtl/58/958).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of theLaura Coleman.Pension increased. Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Laura Coleman, widow of John Coleman, late of Company I, Fifth Regiment Vermont Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twenty dollars per month in lieu of that she*Provisos*.Increase to cease on death of child. is now receiving: *Provided*, That in the event of the death of Edward W.
Coleman, helpless and dependent child of said John Coleman, the additional pension herein granted shall cease and determine: *And provided further*,Pension to child on death of mother. That in the event of the death of Laura Coleman, the name of said Edward W. Coleman shall be placed on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, at the rate of twelve dollars per month from and after the date of death of said Laura Coleman.
