CHAP. 1056.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Lena Loeser. February 25, 1905.[[H. R. 16684](/us/bill/58/hr/16684).][[Private, No. 950](/us/pvtl/58/950).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of theLena Loeser.Pension increased. Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Lena Loeser, widow of David Loeser, late of Company H, Forty-sixth Regiment New York Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving.
