CHAP. 1052.— An Act Granting a pension to Laura A. Baughey. February 25, 1905.[[H. R. 16625](/us/bill/58/hr/16625).][[Private, No. 946](/us/pvtl/58/946).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on theLaura A. Baughey.Pension. pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Laura A.
Baughey, widow of Benjamin Baughey, late of Company I, One hundred and forty-ninth Regiment Pennsylvania Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of eight dollars per month, and two dollars per month additional on account of each of the minor children of said Benjamin Baughey until they reach the age of sixteen years. Approved, February 25, 1905.
