CHAP. 1051.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Matthew Caldwell. April 8, 1904.[[H. R. 7411](/us/bill/58/hr/7411).][[Private, No. 957](/us/pvtl/58/957).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Matthew Caldwell.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension 1509laws, the name of Matthew Caldwell, late of Company E, Mormon Battalion Volunteer Infantry, war with Mexico, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
