CHAP. 1048.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Jacob Bowers. February 25, 1905.[[H. R. 16617](/us/bill/58/hr/16617).][[Private, No. 942](/us/pvtl/58/942).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of theJacob Bowers.Pension increased. Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the1931 pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Jacob Bowers, late of Company B, Seventh Regiment Michigan Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty-four dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
