CHAP. 1023.— An Act Granting a pension to Frances A. McQuiston. February 25, 1905.[[H. R. 16472](/us/bill/58/hr/16472).][[Private, No. 917](/us/pvtl/58/917).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on theFrances A. McQuiston.Pension. pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Frances A.
McQuiston, widow of John C. McQuiston,’ late colonel One hundred and twenty-third Regiment Indiana Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month. Approved, February 25, 1905.
