CHAP. 1018.— An Act Granting a pension to Mattie Aten. April 8, 1904.[[H. R. 5395](/us/bill/58/hr/5395).][[Private, No. 924](/us/pvtl/58/924).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Mattie Aten.Pension.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Mattie Aten, helpless and dependent daughter of Peter Aten, late of Company A, Ninth Regiment West Virginia Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Approved, April 8, 1904.
