CHAP. 1014.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to William Kennedy, alias Leonard. April 8, 1904.[[H. R. 5091](/us/bill/58/hr/5091).][[Private, No. 920](/us/pvtl/58/920).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, William Kennedy, alias Leonard.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of William Kennedy, alias Leonard, late first lieutenant Company G, One hundred and tenth Regiment United States Colored Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty-four dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
