CHAP. 1011.— An Act Granting a pension to Georgia R. Demarest. April 8, 1904.[[H. R. 4990](/us/bill/58/hr/4990).][[Private, No. 917](/us/pvtl/58/917).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Georgia R. Demarest.Pension.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Georgia R. Demarest, widow of Sidney B. Demarest, late of Company B, Eighty-fifth Regiment Ohio Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of eight dollars per month. Approved, April 8, 1904.
