CHAP. 1007.— An Act Granting a pension to Charles V. Billig. April 8, 1904.[[H. R. 4874](/us/bill/58/hr/4874).][[Private, No. 913](/us/pvtl/58/913).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Charles V. Billig.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the 1499pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Charles V. Billig, late of Company G, one hundred and forty-fifth Regiment Pennsylvania Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Approved, April 8, 1904.
