CHAP. 1000.— An Act Granting a pension to Catherine Tully. April 8, 1904.[[H. R. 4330](/us/bill/58/hr/4330).][[Private, No. 906](/us/pvtl/58/906).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Catherine Tully.Pension.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Catherine Tully, widow of Redmond Tully, late first lieutenant, Twenty-fifth Regiment United States Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of seventeen dollars per month. Approved, April 8, 1904.
