CHAP. 1.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Sylvester Beezley. December 19, 1904.[[S. 2578](/us/bill/58/s/2578).][[Private, No. 1](/us/pvtl/58/1).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Sylvester Beezley.Pension increased.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Sylvester Beezley, late of Company G, Fourth Regiment Indiana Volunteer Cavalry, and pay him a pension at the rate of forty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
