CHAP. 992.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Benjamin Russell. June 4, 1902.[[Private, No. 850](/us/pvtl/57/850).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Benjamin Russell.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior he, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the 1427 p pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Benjamin Russell, late of Company E, Fifth Regiment Rhode Island Volunteer Heavy Artillery, and pay him a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month in lieu of that his new receiving. Approved, June 4, 1902.
