CHAP. 99.— An Act Granting a pension to Jennie A. McKinley. February 27, 1902.[[Private, No. 74](/us/pvtl/57/74).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and I house of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of theJennie A. McKinley.Pension. Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Jennie A. McKinley, widow of Albert S. McKinley, late of Captain Morgan’s company of Iowa Mounted Volunteers, war with Mexico, and pay her a pension at the rate of eight dollars per month. Approved, February 27, 1902.
