CHAP. 988.— An Act For the relief of Daniel F. Lee. March 2, 1903.[[Private, No. 849](/us/pvtl/57/849).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Daniel F. Lee.Honorable discharge granted. That Daniel F. Lee shall hereafter be held and considered to have been honorably discharged from the military service of the United States as a private of Company H, Sixth Kansas Cavalry Volunteers, on the first day of August, eighteen hundred and sixty-two, and the Secretary of War is hereby authorized and directed to issue a certificate of honorable discharge for *Proviso.*No pay, etc.him in accordance with the terms of this Act: *Provided*, That no pay or other allowance shall be due or payable to any person by reason of the passage of this Act.
