CHAP. 986.— An Act For the relief of Francis M. Oliver. March 2, 1903.[[Private, No. 847](/us/pvtl/57/847).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Francis M. Oliver.Honorable discharge granted. That the Secretary of War be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to remove the charge of desertion against the record of Francis M. Oliver, late private in Company E, Thirty-third Regiment of Indiana Volunteer Infantry, and to grant him an honorable discharge as of the date of the muster out of said regiment. Approved, March 2, 1903.
