CHAP. 984.— An Act Granting a pension to Lavinia Cook. March 2, 1903.[[Private, No. 845](/us/pvtl/57/845).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Lavinia Cook.Pension.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Lavinia Cook, widow of Reuben Cook, late of Captain Loyall’s company, Georgia Volunteers, Creek Indian war, and pay her a pension at the rate of eight dollars per month. Approved, March 2, 1903.
