CHAP. 983.— An Act To regulate the introduction of eggs of game birds for propagation. June 3, 1902.[[Public, No. 137](/us/pl/32/137).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That front and after the passageEgg's of game birds.Importation for propagation permit-ted.Vol. 30, p. 197. of this Act the Secretary of Agriculture shall have the power to authorize the importation of eggs of game birds for purposes of propagation. and he shall prescribe all necessary rules and regulations governing the importation of eggs of said birds for such purposes. Approved, June 3, 1902.
