CHAP. 975.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Charles Haltenhof. May 31, 1902.[[Private, No. 841](/us/pvtl/57/841).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Charles Haltenhof.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension 1425 laws, the name of Charles Haltenhof, late of Company H, First Regiment Ohio Volunteers, war with Mexico, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty dollars per mouth in lieu of that he is now receiving. Approved, May 31, 1902.
