CHAP. 974.— An Act Granting a pension to Presley P. Medlin. May 31, 1902.[[Private, No. 840](/us/pvtl/57/840).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Presley P. Medlin.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and lie is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Presley P. Medlin, late acting assistant and contract surgeon, United States Army, and pay him a pension at the rate of seventeen dollars per month. Approved, May 31, 1902.
