CHAP. 956.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Sarah C. Merrell. February 28, 1903.[[Private, No. 830](/us/pvtl/57/830).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Sarah C. Merrell.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place, on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension taws, the name of Sarah C. Merrell, widow of Micah R.
Merrell, late first lieutenant Company C, Tenth Regiment Minnesota Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of seventeen dollars per mon tli in lieu of that she is now receiving. Approved, February 28, 1903.
