CHAP. 954.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Albert Deits. May 31, 1902.[[Private, No. 820](/us/pvtl/57/820).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Albert Deits.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and lie is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Albert Deits, late of Company B, Seventh Regiment United States Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty-four dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. Approved, May 31, 1902.
