CHAP. 951.— An Act Granting a pension to Elizabeth I. Ogden. May 31, 1902.[[Private, No. 817](/us/pvtl/57/817).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representative of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of theElizabeth I. Ogden.Pension. Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Elizabeth 1. Ogden, foster mother of Lowell L.
Campbell, late of Company G, Eighth Regiment Ohio Volunteer Infantry, war with Spain, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month, such pension to cease and determine in the event of the allowance of a pension to the father of the deceased soldier. Approved, May 31, 1902.
