CHAP. 949.— An Act Granting a pension to Lucinda A. Sirwell. May 31, 1902.[[Private, No. 815](/us/pvtl/57/815).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of theLucinda A. Sirwell.Pension. Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the, pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Lucinda A. Sirwell. the helpless and dependent daughter of William Sirwell, late colonel Seventy-eighth Regiment Pennsylvania Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Approved, May 31, 1902.
