CHAP. 947.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Catharine F. Edmunds. May 28, 1902.[[Private, No. 813](/us/pvtl/57/813).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Catharine F. Edmunds.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Catharine F.
Edmunds, widow of Frank H. Edmunds, late major, First Regiment United States Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of thirty-five dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving, and two dollars per month additional on account of the minor child of said Frank H. Edmunds until she reaches the age of sixteen years. Approved, May 28, 1902.
