CHAP. 943.— An Act For the authorization of the erection of buildings by the International Committee of Young Men's Christian Associations on military reservations of the United States. May 31, 1902.[[Public, No. 131](/us/pl/32/131).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Military reservations.Young Men's Christian Association buildings authorized on. That authority is hereby given to the Secretary of War, in his discretion, to grant permission by revocable license to the International Committee of Young Men’s 283Christian Associations of North America to erect and maintain, on the military reservations within the United States or its island possessions, such buildings as their work for the promotion of the social, physical, intellectual, and moral welfare of the garrisons may require, under such regulations as the Secretary of War may impose.
